A Google Ads agency optimises for platform metrics: clicks, conversions, CPC. We optimise for qualified leads and CPL. That requires looking beyond the ad – at the landing page, lead quality, follow-up speed and what your sales team actually receives. If your Google Ads look fine but pipeline is flat, the problem is downstream from the ad. That is where we work.

Our minimum threshold is €8,000/mo in ad spend. Below that, the margin for optimisation is too thin to justify the engagement cost for either side. The pipeline scan is still free and useful regardless of your current spend.

Yes, where it adds value. We use structured workflows to connect campaign changes, lead quality feedback, tracking notes and sales context. AI can help us work faster, but it does not replace senior judgement or strategic decision-making.

We work alongside your team. We own the paid channels and the conversion infrastructure. Your team keeps running everything else. We align on KPIs from the start so there is no ambiguity about who owns what.

Month one is foundation: audit, tracking setup, infrastructure and KPI alignment. You will not see scaled results in month one and we will not pretend you will. Meaningful optimisation results show in months two through four. Expansion into new channels starts from month six when the lower funnel is stable.

The performance bonus is available on every tier. It ties a portion of our monthly fee to an agreed pipeline outcome – typically qualified leads delivered at or below a target CPL. The base retainer covers execution. The bonus creates shared upside. The structure is agreed during the audit phase once we understand your unit economics.

We review your Google Ads account, LinkedIn campaigns and email flows. We identify where budget is leaking, where conversion is breaking down and what the three highest-impact changes are. You receive a written report within 7 days. No pitch attached. Whether you work with us or not, the findings are yours.

Our fees scale with your ad spend. Lower spend means lower fee. We have no incentive to inflate your budget – our business model grows when your results grow, not when your spend grows. Performance-based pricing is available as an add-on on every tier, where our fee includes a bonus tied to pipeline outcomes.
